Finance Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks
- Coordinate and oversee external accounting operations and act as the main point of contact for tax advisors and external service providers
- Handle preparatory accounting activities and ensure that all accounting-related documents are provided accurately and on time
- Independently manage and continuously develop the dunning process and take an active role in accounts receivable management
- Support subscription management and invoicing via Chargebee
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts
- Prepare reports, analyses, and financial evaluations for management, Finance, and Sales
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of finance processes and systems
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a financial accountant, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, particularly in accounting, invoice verification, or accounts receivable management
- Experience with DATEV or DATEV Unternehmen Online
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style, combined with a strong affinity for numbers
- Strong analytical thinking and an interest in understanding financial interdependencies and business processes
- Experience in reporting and preparing business analyses and financial evaluations
- Interest in optimizing and digitalizing finance processes
- Independent, solution-oriented approach to work, with the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel
