The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.

Customer Support Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Together with the support team, you will handle the onboarding of our new customers and the technical administration of existing customer accounts.
  • You will independently record, classify, and process customer inquiries (1st and 2nd level).
  • Specific requests will be forwarded to 3rd level support or product management, and you will communicate reliably with the customers.
  • You will track and monitor bug tickets or similar issues until they are resolved and keep customers regularly updated.
  • As part of quality assurance, you will develop customer FAQs and optimize support processes.
  • You will independently conduct online training sessions for customers and partners and be well acquainted with our product.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree or a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You bring several years of experience in customer support or client service, ideally in B2B software sales or the SaaS sector.
  • Your communication and organizational skills are excellent and suited to presenting complex topics in an understandable and convincing manner. You work reliably, structuredly, and independently.
  • You are characterized by a strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach.
  • Teamwork is a matter of course for you, as you enjoy working in collaborative teams and know how to develop comprehensive solutions for the customer.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with clients from our target industries in the eCommerce environment, have already worked with digital platforms, and understand the challenges and opportunities in B2B.
  • You speak fluent German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
