About the role

Build hypotheses, test them, measure results, discard what doesn’t work—and embed successful approaches into the organization? Then you’re in the right place. We are a growing SaaS company looking for an entrepreneurial mindset to take our new business to the next level—from the initial idea to a scalable go-to-market strategy.
Your tasks
- Hands-on sales꞉ You actively go to market, speak with prospective customers, deliver pitches, close deals — and learn from every interaction
- End-to-end ownership for new business & customer acquisition꞉ From ideation and lead generation to qualification, closing, and designing a scalable growth model
- Design, testing, and validation of new acquisition approaches꞉ Leveraging your existing network on the brand and/or retailer side, you explore and develop new acquisition ideas (e.g., retailer expansion, new verticals, ICPs, outbound strategies, messaging, channels)
- You personally test these approaches in the field with customers and embed successful ones into the organization
- Translating learnings into scalable processes꞉ Creating playbooks, pitch decks, sales materials, as well as onboarding and training concepts
- Close collaboration with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to systematically feed market insights back into the organization
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software environment, with a proven track record of closing deals
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset꞉ you think in opportunities, hypotheses, and iterations — not in rigid processes
- Experience in building new business or developing new sales approaches
- Very good understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies
- High level of self-motivation, results orientation, and willingness to take ownership
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident presence at executive level
- Fluent in German and English
