About the role

You don’t just want to manage existing processes - you want to blaze new trails. Form hypotheses, test them, measure, discard what doesn’t work - and scale what does across the organization. We are a growing SaaS company seeking an entrepreneurial-minded professional to elevate our new business - from the very first idea to a fully scalable go-to-market strategy.

Your tasks

  • Hands-on Sales: You go out into the market yourself, talk to potential customers, conduct pitches, close deals—and learn from the experience.
  • End-to-End Responsibility for New Business & Customer Acquisition: From idea generation to lead generation, qualification, closing, and designing scalable processes.
  • Design, Testing, and Validation of New Acquisition Approaches.
  • Using your existing network on the brand and/or retailer side, you explore new acquisition ideas (e.g., retailer development, new verticals, ICPs, outbound strategies, messaging, channels). You test these approaches directly with customers and bring the successful ones back into the organization.
  • Translation of Learnings into Scalable Processes: Playbooks, pitch decks, sales materials, onboarding, and training concepts.
  • Close Collaboration with Management, Marketing, and Product Teams to systematically feed market feedback back into the organization.

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study, alternatively a successfully completed commercial or vocational training.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software environment, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset: you think in terms of opportunities, hypotheses, and iterations rather than rigid processes.
  • Experience in building new business or developing innovative sales approaches.
  • Excellent understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies.
  • High self-motivation, results orientation, and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident presence at executive level.
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
