loadbee GmbH has been an established and continuously growing software company since 2013, with headquarters in Echterdingen near Stuttgart and subsidiaries in the USA and Canada.
The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.
In this way, the loadbee platform efficiently provides end customers with complete product data every day.

Your tasks

  • You take full ownership of our customer acquisition strategy – from lead generation to closing – including active sales activities and direct customer outreach in selected verticals
  • You conduct discovery calls that create real “aha” moments and position loadbee as a premium solution rather than a commodity
  • You think in terms of customer journeys, KPIs, and conversion rates, continuously optimizing our funnel and regularly reporting your insights and successes in pipeline meetings
  • You bring fresh ideas for segmentation, targeting, and outbound campaigns, and test them using a data-driven approach
  • You support the optimization and further development of onboarding processes, training materials, sales documentation, and pitch strategies

Your profile

  • A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, or alternatively a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B software sales or the SaaS environment, with demonstrable success
  • A confident and persuasive presence, paired with excellent communication skills to successfully sell our product
  • A high level of drive and results orientation, reflected in the consistent execution of strategies to ensure sustainable success, achieve goals, and drive continuous improvement
  • The ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations, make sound decisions, and align the team toward shared objectives to ensure optimal results
  • Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
