The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.

Your tasks
- You actively shape the user interfaces and ensure that the user experience of our platform is continuously improved
- You create user manuals and tutorials for our customers
- You thoroughly test new features to ensure smooth functionality
- You collaborate on the conception of new features and support their implementation from prototype to release
- You take user feedback into account and integrate it directly into the ongoing development of our platform
Your profile
- You bring several years of experience in UX design or a comparable role
- You have a strong sense for user-friendly interfaces
- You work confidently and efficiently with Figma and other relevant UX tools
- You document technical content clearly and understandably
- You have basic knowledge of testing and QA processes
- Your work style is independent and structured, combined with a team-oriented approach and a strong commitment to quality
- You communicate clearly, politely, and solution-oriented – in both German and English
