The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.

Your tasks
- The consulting and support of our customers during the implementation of our SaaS solutions are within your area of responsibility to ensure smooth integration.
- You analyze the customers' requirements and develop tailored solution concepts that are perfectly aligned with their needs.
- In close collaboration with the sales team, you optimally support the pre-sales phase and contribute to the success of our offerings.
- You present technical solutions, conduct workshops, and demonstrate demos to inspire our customers with our product.
- You assist with the integration of our platform into existing systems and interfaces, such as APIs, web services, and databases.
- You identify technical challenges and work together with our development team to find suitable solutions.
- Additionally, you create and maintain technical documentation and best practices to secure and continuously share knowledge within the team.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- You can demonstrate proven experience in Professional Services or consulting projects and have several years of professional experience in solution engineering or a similar role.
- You have practical experience working in a software company, media agency, IT consulting firm, or a similar environment.
- You possess solid knowledge in data collection, document management, and database administration.
- Programming skills in relevant technologies such as Java, JavaScript, C++, SQL, and HTML are a given for you.
- Ideally, you hold a certification in project management (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2).
- You are characterized by a strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are among your strengths.
- Your communication skills in German and English are outstanding, both verbally and in writing.
