The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.

Your tasks
- You are the primary point of contact for our clients (brand manufacturers and retailers), guiding them throughout the entire lifecycle of our platform. Your focus is on building a long-term, strategic partnership and establishing trust within the client organizations. Additionally, you leverage your network to continuously develop and deepen these relationships.
- You identify growth potential and help your clients optimize their sales channels using our platform. In close collaboration with the client, you develop upselling strategies that create significant added value for them, contributing to sustainable revenue growth for your accounts.
- You continuously monitor the performance of clients on our platform and derive data-driven recommendations to effectively support their goals and ensure the best solutions for them.
- Through close cooperation with our teams—Product Development, Marketing, and Professional Services—you ensure that upselling and cross-selling opportunities are effectively identified and successfully implemented.
- You prepare accurate proposals and calculations and accompany the client until a successful closing.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree or a commercial apprenticeship.
- You bring several years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B software sales or the SaaS sector, and can demonstrate proven successes.
- Your communication and organizational skills are excellent and well-suited to presenting complex topics in a clear and convincing manner. You work reliably, structured, and independently.
- You are confident in your ability to persuade top management, conduct successful negotiations, and align both customer needs and company goals.
- Teamwork comes naturally to you, as you enjoy working in interactive teams and know how to develop holistic solutions for customers.
- Ideally, you have experience working with clients from our target industries in the eCommerce environment, have already worked with digital platforms, and understand the challenges and opportunities in B2B.
- You are fluent in both German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
