loadbee, the leading content syndication provider in Europe, is now going global, putting a strong focus on the North American market and opening an office in Delaware, USA. At the same time, the Stuttgart-based company is expanding its management team by three new hires and thus, getting ready for the next stage of the company’s development.
loadbee connects over 400 brands and more than 4,000 online shops enabling content syndication in real-time. Premium brands like New Balance and Bosch provide their product content such as text elements and images, videos or 360° views via the cloud-based platform. Web shops plugged into loadbee can add the branded product content to already existing information on their product detail page and thus, increase their online sales.
Today, loadbee already distributes branded product content in over 40 countries reaching millions of online shoppers every day. “With our new location in the USA, we are creating the basis for further growth in North America and focus on building close customer relations”, says Christian Junker, CEO loadbee GmbH.
For setting up the office and accelerating business growth, loadbee has hired Rainer Wellige as Chief Revenue Officer. “Rainer is an experienced growth and tech expert. We are delighted to have been able to recruit him for this challenging role. Rainer does not only have an excellent knowledge of the North American market, but he is also deeply familiar with the SaaS business”, reports Junker.
In this newly created role, Wellige will further expand the sales and marketing activities of loadbee. With his many years of experience in various management positions at companies such as SAP, Hybris and Bell Canada, the German Canadian is a top candidate for this role. Prior to loadbee, Wellige was Chief Revenue Officer at the Canadian start-up BrainboxAI.
“This was an opportunity I couldn’t miss”, says Wellige. “loadbee has an incredibly strong product with a passionate team. I see huge potential in the North American market, and I am looking forward to getting many new brands and online shops excited about loadbee.”
Wellige will work closely with his new colleagues Oliver Blind-Galties, Head of Product Revenue Management, and Thabo B. Khobo, Head of Professional Services & Support. “Having Oliver, Rainer and Thabo on board is of great value for our management team and for loadbee as a growing SaaS company of great importance, both strategically as well as operationally”, explains Junker.
“From the product to sales until support and customized solutions for our clients – with our new joiners we finally cover all important core competencies and are perfectly positioned for generating sustainable and profitable growth.”
