The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.
In this way, the loadbee platform efficiently provides end customers with complete product data every day.

Your tasks
You actively support our Customer Success team in expanding the loadbee platform by acquiring new online shops for our solution and maintaining existing partnerships. Specifically, this includes:
- Identifying, researching, and reaching out directly to potential online shops (via email, phone, or LinkedIn) that can benefit from loadbee
- Assisting with onboarding new customers and showing them how to make the most of our product
- Creating small guides or short videos to make complex topics easy to understand
- Documenting feedback in our CRM system and collaborating closely with the product and support teams
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and contribute independently
- You are confident and efficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have a good sense for people and enjoy solving problems
- You communicate clearly, kindly, and solution-oriented – in German and, ideally, also in English
