The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.

Your tasks
- Full responsibility for our customer acquisition strategy, from lead generation to closing, including active sales activities and customer outreach in specific verticals.
- You think in terms of customer journeys, KPIs, and conversion rates – continuously optimizing our funnel and regularly reporting to the sales management.
- You bring new ideas for segmentation, targeting, and outbound campaigns – testing them data-driven.
- Optimization and further development of onboarding processes, training materials, sales documents, and pitch strategies.
- You take responsibility for onboarding and the successful integration of new employees, followed by leading, expanding, and developing the new customer team to achieve set growth targets.
- Ensuring the achievement of the new customer team’s goals through effective coaching and monitoring, leading by example, and conducting feedback sessions to promote individual development.
- Creating and maintaining a productive work environment, as well as supporting the team in reaching their objectives.
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable course of study, alternatively successfully completed commercial training.
- At least five years' experience in sales, preferably in B2B software sales or SaaS with a proven track record.
- Proven experience in leading teams and projects, coupled with strong leadership skills to motivate and develop employees and achieve common goals efficiently and with strategic vision.
- Distinctive and convincing demeanor and excellent communication skills to successfully sell our product
- High degree of determination and results orientation, reflected in the consistent pursuit of strategies to ensure sustainable success, achieve goals and continuously improve.
- Ability to stay on top of challenging situations, make decisions and align the team towards common goals to ensure optimal success.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
