Your tasks
- Based on modern technologies, you will develop sophisticated features for our platform.
- You will work in a modern development environment with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, Docker and Amazon Web Services.
- Ensure the security, availability and scalability of our backend systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend solutions
- For complex problems or high-risk requirements, you will develop software architectural concepts and proof of concepts.
- You connect various relational and document-oriented databases to our platform.
- You maintain and develop APIs that extend the functionality of our software.
- You identify improvement opportunities for existing applications and actively participate in technical decisions.
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, software development or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in backend development with Go and a focus on scalability and performance
- Expertise in the development and integration of APIs and related concepts, such as gRPC and API gateways
- Hands-on experience with container technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, as well as cloud technologies, such as AWS
- Experience working with database systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB, and knowledge of optimizing SQL queries
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration
- Test quality and performance using automated tools.
- Fluent in German and English as well as very good self-organization are what you bring to the table.
