The core product is the cloud-based software platform of the same name for the cross-channel distribution of product information crucial to purchasing. Retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries are connected to the loadbee platform worldwide.

Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You will support and develop our international enterprise customers.
  • You are adept at dealing with senior and also VP / C-level contacts.
  • Working closely, you will generate upsells and ensure sustainable revenue growth for your Enterprise accounts.
  • Additionally, you will build strategic, long-term relationships within our client organizations and leverage your contacts to develop clients.
  • You will create quotes and calculations and follow up on them.
  • Working closely with our Professional Services team, you will ensure that we identify and execute on up-sell and cross-sell potential.

Your profile

  • You have a degree or commercial training.
  • You have several years of experience in sales or key account management (preferably in B2B software solution sales/ SaaS) with proven success.
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a reliable, structured and independent way of working.
  • You bring a high degree of persuasiveness and negotiation skills, also at top management level.
  • You are an absolute team player.
  • Ideally, you have experience in working with customers from our target industries.
  • You are business fluent in German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
